I'm going to make a surface using these curves. Boundary surface command can do it but I need to split the curves in some specific areas.
please guide me and if possible, include your file to study.
Alex,,, I made a couple of 3d sketches from your curves then split one on the end. I removed the "on edge" relations on one of the 3d sketches so I could make some tangent relations. This was done to get a better look and also to make a coincident relation to the other curve at the very end. Then Boundary surface.
Thanks, How did you make 3d sketch based on my 2D sketch? Is there any conversion? How?
Begin a 3d sketch. Just start the command then select one curve. Or select the curve and start the 3d sketch. Then do a convert entities.
Edit:.... I should add that you want each "Open Group" to terminate right at the intersection of two 3d sketches. This takes some fiddling. Use the selection manager in order to pick each open group. Four of them.
Can you please share your file so I can study better? Thanks
I did attach the file Alex. You are using 2018. Correct?
Thanks, I received it.
