Hi, i did CSWA exam yesterday and got passed in the exam, but i didn't get any mail regarding the exam, and no exam details are in Certification user portal.
Will it take time to receive certificate or confirmation mail.
I am attaching the end image from tester software here.

Have you logged in to the Certification Center and selected "Show Certificates"?
(It is the ribbon on the right hand side - shown in Red because it is selected.)
You can download your certificate when it shows on the screen.
The screen shot from the exam has today's date, but it usually processes fairly quickly.

But it only shows the certificate for sample exam, that i did before.
Even the exam history in Certification user portal shows the sample exam only, but not the certification exam.

You can inquire with certification@solidworks.com to see what has happened. They were quick to respond when I had questions. You'll probably need to provide the refID for your exam code but they'll let you know.
I have already mailed by them regarding this, but no reply from them. (Without refID).
Let me try again with refID.

But I am confused about RefID. What is my RefID ? How can I identify it ?
The RefID is given when you send the text message to receive your exam voucher as described on the page below.
Requirements from SW:
To obtain the free vouchers, you will need a SOLIDWORKS ID registered with a SOLIDWORKS license on active subscription services. (Note: The SOLIDWORKS ID may differ from your SOLIDWORKS Certification Center login.)
