If you search the forum for "loading registry" you'll find a number of hits that will likely help you solve your problem:
Some people have run into this problem with certain virus software, but check out the different posts to see if you find a solution since I think there may be different solutions for different cases. Post back with what the solution is once you find one.

Already tryed everything in this forum... The only way to boot the sw, is to create a new windows user and then wait for about 30 minutes for it's launch. If I close sw, I have to do it all over again. If I only could deactivate my license and make a clean install...
