when I want to use the composite curve command, and composite (all sketches along with the helix) it gives a rebuild error and that it can't composite disjoint curves
can anyone help me with it? thanx
Daniel,,, You have overlapping geometry in two places. Fix that and the comp curve works. Check between Sketch1 & 3. and 3 & 4.
The error states "disjoint" which usually means your endpoints aren't connecting as well as they should.
For instance, the arc of Sketch3 doesn't join to Sketch1 on a tangent.
If you try to add a tangent, you'll get an error because there is a fixed already there.
Delete the fix and add the tangent and you'll see the Sketch3 arc will come short of Sketch1.
I added a line to connect them and was able to combine these two sketches as a composite.
But I can't continue with the next sketch for the same disjoint error.
So I suspect you have similar endpoint issues somewhere along your whole path.
Investigate each sketch and how it connects to its neighbors.
