Modifying Revision Block

I am trying to update my Revision Block for SolidWorks (2017).  I have many drawings that I want to update with the "intended" rev block.  I have tried going through---->New Drawing---->Insert---->Revision Table.  Then revised the block to my liking and then right-clicked on (rev) block, and did a "Save As", and saved it in the C:/Program Files/Solworks/lang/English directory.  I then went to Options---->Tools---->System Options----> and verified that this "Save" location was listed under the REV Block Template location, of which it was. However, when I go to re-insert the (wanted) rev block, it brings up the original one.

This is what I want my Rev Block to look like....

And this is what gets inserted when I "Insert" "Revision Table".....

By the way.. I am experiencing the same issue(s) with the Bill of Materials Table.  But I figured if we can resolve this issue, it'll probably be the same for the BOM issue.
