Problem Force Returning Borrowed License

Hi guys, mind helping me out a bit


A user in my company borrowed a SW premium license, but he deleted his user account before the license got returned. I found a way to force return a license using the command prompt, but it doesn't seem to work. Help.


Here is the command line I used:


cd\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks\setup\i386\

lmutil lmremove SOLIDWORKS Z820_004 Z820_004-HP Z820_004-HP


From what I'm guessing, I think my file location might be wrong. The other forum I've been checking out used this instead:

cd\program files\solidworks corp\solidnetwork license manager\utils


But that directory, nor even the utils file exist in my PC.
