Hey, I want to uninstall the program but i get this massage: Could not create HTML file (C:\Users\SOLIDWORKS\Installation Manager Data\2017\lang\english\HTML\NavPane.html) Cause: [5] Notify your local support representative

Might be due to special character in the user name. Can you use a different user name and then try to install

Also make sure that you're logged in as administrator and/or have read/write access to this path.

    You can not change the name here but can do thru control panel OR better create new user (again from control panel).
