Hi all,

I want convert my part files to STEP and the drawings to PDF. I found the macros for the same and they work fine.

My question is, how do I use these macros as Windows script or applications so that I don't have to run them from Solidworks. I would prefer converting the same using the same vb macros rather that coding something different.

I come from a Linux background and perceive this as running the macro as a script.

The purpose is to let the user place the .sldprt and drawing files in a directory > Double click an exe file > get the step/pdf files in an output directory

Please let me know how do I go about doing this.
