Supersonic Channel Flow

I have been doing a number of supersonic calculations establishing supersonic flow by simulating our wind tunnel C-D nozzle. Now I tried to do a simple supersonic square channel flow by specifying a supersonic inflow boundary condition based on our wind tunnel nozzle outflow conditions. I have been playing with the outflow boundary condition, but the solution is always about Mach one through the channel. I also get a warning that "The inlet boundary condition may conflict with the supersonic flow regions, Flow opening BC: Inlet Mach Number 1" even though I am specifying the inlet Mach number at 3.5.
