After moving my PART files into a new directory called "Parts", and my DRAWING files into a directory called "Drawings", obviously the links will be broken when i open the DRAWING file. Instead of Replace, Is there another way to reconnect the PARTS to the DRAWING file? I am hoping there is a simple way to simply change the file path in a preference somewhere instead of "Replacing" all the components.

I suppose you are using Windows Explorer to move files. I suggest that you use Solidworks Explorer instead to move files. IFF you have set up your folder definitions well to include file locations, it works as intended by automatically updating every file reference in other files Where (it is) Used.
It's likely not too late to move things back, check that they work as before, set up Solidworks Explorer locations, and do things easier.
now SW will find the parts when you open the drawings.
When you open the drawing, before opening it select the "references" button,
Now if you double click on the location you will be able to search for the new file path.
