I am having a difficult time getting a Tire perfectly centered with rim. And when animating it becomes glaringly obvious. Am I missing something simple like snap this parts origin or something?

If the parts are in separate models, you can right click one model and choose "mate..", then choose the other model. This will snap their respective locations.
If they are parts within the same model, I'm not sure there is a quick shortcut. But you could just look at the transform data of one and try to appy it to the other.
@Kevin - he's talking about in Visualize only...not SW.
Ron Bates If I copy in the transform data it moves somewhere else in the comp. I will try your first method and get back. Thank you!
YAY!!! So I finally got this to work. Wow, that was crazy. Workflow written below.
I had to first duplicate car model until I had 5 total versions. Left 1st model alone to be original model. Then deleted everything except center icon from each model of the respective tire. Then imported 4 copies of my tire model. I clicked Pivot Center on Model of the 8 different models. Then mate each one to the duplicated center icons respectively. Then merged it all together.
The Mate to Model was the key though.
