I've been at this all day, and I'm really kind of sick of it. I've been watching videos for hours. I'm hoping someone can just write me an answer.

I've created a format and drawing template. I've created a part template. I got custom properties set up for my part template. That is, not using File>Properties, but the custom properties pane on the right side. I did the same thing while I was in a drawing. I opened the pane, clicked Create Now, set it up and saved it. It's in the proper folder, and I can open it with Property Tab Builder. But I can't get it to show up with the properties. The More Properties and Template Options buttons at the bottom are grayed out, and the Apply button at the top never does anything that I can see.

So... am I misunderstanding how it works? What am I missing? I'm out now, but will eagerly await your answers in the morning.

Also, is there a way I can see which custom properties my notes are linked to?
