I am attempting to access my "Customer Portal" for several reasons but I still need to activate it I believe. However, I have not received (or I lost) the email containing the link to activate my account. Could I get that email resent?
Michael, please contact your VAR (the company who bought SOLIDWORKS from) to help you resolve the issue.
In general, Customer portal and this forum has same email id unless someone creates two different one. So try once with forgot password on the login page and use your forum email id
