First post here... I am in the process of creating my first SW part, which is a sheet metal box with interior flaps.
I used an edge flange around the top edge of my part so that it would auto miter. For some reason, one of the miter joints has a different bend/larger gap than all of the rest, even though they share the same feature/gap.
My part file is attached (sorry, it wouldn't attach!), also a screenshot of the miter than I am trying to figure out.

Ah, I couldn't attach it while the file is actually open in SW!
I do not know why either but I found if I change the edge selection order, the "gap" goes away.
Awesome, thanks for the help! I reordered my edge selection as well and it looks good.
In the YouTube it is advised to use Miter Flange tool when modeling these type of parts.

That is true Maha but what if you find you need to add the mitered flange after you have modeled the part, mated it in an assembly, made a drawing? It would be more efficient to add it then remodel the part.
