Although I've used SolidWorks for several years, I've never
had to do sheetmetal parts beyond the occassional simple
L-brackets. I'm trying to make a curved skin that has two different
radii along the edge that are tangent. I've read the post 'Curved
Metal Sheet Part' posted by John Scott and was able to follow that
to get the part made. However, the example uses a single arc for
the base flange. When I try to flatten mine, SW gives me an error
saying that the part contains features that cannot be unbent. Can
SW2009 unbend multiple radii in this manner? And if so, what am I
doing wrong?
