The problem is the ribs join the outer solid at a knife edge and solidworks doesn't like that in this instance. Extend the ribs in sweep 1 by 0.1mm and have the outer profile in revolve 5 overlap by 0.1mm back inwards (combining will eliminate the 0.1mm overlap). Once that is done it works fine.
Probably also worth looking at constraining your sketches for good practice. At the moment in sweep 1 the profile if floating.

Yeah or that. Eliminating the edge point where they were trying to join is the key.
Richard,.. personally, since the outer revolve will join the inner, I'd over extend the rib profile to ~3.7 and offset the first revolve sketch 3.5 with the 3mm wall.

edit your first sweep profile sketch, fully constrain the sketch and extend the feature in both directions to ensure full contact with mating body, then it works fine. sometimes small values like your ~.0002" can be interpreted as zero-thickness geometry.
