I'm trying to create a shoe sole using boundary boss. but the result feather is deformed.

I have the same issue. This honestly just seems like a bug. I wish solidworks wouldn't include features that don't work so I can focus on finding solutions in other ways. In this case, I was able to extract the perimeters of my boundaries for this operation as a sketch, then use the normal extrude feature and select "up to surface" instead of "blind". This process adds a few more steps though and wastes my time. OP may try this as a work around however
Hello Amin,.. I personally would not use the projection curves for the solid boundary feature,.. you can get better results with trimming the profiles as surfaces and using the surfaces for the solid boundary.. otherwise, using surfacing features would be better for this imho.. (some examples attached)
I was able to form a boundary surface for the side wall,(move the green dots so they are vertical see below) Surface-fill for the top, and extrude for the bottom. I then had to move the bottom .01mm might have worked with less. Don't know. Didn't try. Then a mutual trim bottom and side wall, then a knit to solid.
Didn't bother posting result as I'm on a higher version than you and you would not be able to use it anyway.
