Yes, just click on sheet tab on the bottom that has what you want and copy and paste sheet.

Set up custom properties linked to those values, link your sheet formats to the custom properties, and then save your sheet format. Now when you add a new sheet the values will be filled out, and if you need to change them you can make the change in one place and it will update on all sheets.
The second screenshot below shows the Properties in my drawing template. I fill out the Date, Number, etc in the Value / Text Expression column and they show up in the title block.
Glenn that is the best advice to give someone. Them file properties do not move. You can redesign the whole title block and when you replace it those properties will still be there. The best time saving device that SolidWorks ever had. One year they came out with the rev block...cause me to update the title block.
another year I took out the jpg and replaced it with a sketch for the company logo to decrease loading time. Then every time you replace the drawing sheet all them custom properties would move to the correct location you put them in the new title block.
