I notice we have a lot of information about SolidWorks Plastics as a software and we're very familiarized with its capabilities. However, when we face the customers we observe they use their own recipe for their polymers. They usually mix pure and recicled pellets, combine polymers; and also they're very concern about the injection machine parameters and pressure loss.
I realize I've to know a lot about the plastic industry in order to solve the customer problems, and this knowledge is beyond any plastics simulation software.
So, my question is simple but maybe hard to answer: when the customer have their own polymer recipe and this material doesn't appear in the SW Plastics Database, and even if we have the data sheet of this polymer, what is the right workflow at the customer site in order to calibrate their process reality with the simulation results?
