So I have a file I am working on and I can design the block one way try to design a block in the file the same way and it fails. 
So this fails- cut with surface fails nothing I did the first time works the second time I don't understand this at all makes the design world very hard when you can not do same things every time, you have to do it different. One thing that failed the first time is different then the things that fail the second time, this happens a lot, anyone got any ideas?
I can see this not sure why company even bought this software we never had any of these problems with auto-cad mechanical. I am not impressed with this software at all.
I explain the SW phenomena like this:
Remember in high school when the most popular people were the "jocks" and cheerleaders? Remember the quite kids that kept to themselves? Then in 10 years you look back and see that the jocks didn't make it very far from the high school- gym teachers. They realized that in the bigger world they were not so great.
Now, look at the quite kid. He's running a business and developing the future technologies!

Maybe not enough cause I do run into a lot of problems.
Could be part of the problem. Not saying SW is perfect. But I've used it for 13 professional years in a variety of environments with relative success. Was I to be forced over to autocad mechanical right now I'd probably find it buggy somehow as well. This forum works pretty well if you describe your problem well. People are keen to show how smart they are so you'll get plenty of good responses.
Thank you I have found it to helpful I guess I should look into some classes are the newer versions any better I am using 2015 so I would like to know if I could get them to update if it would help at all.
There are a lot of missing faces in that second image, I'd start by sorting that out first.
