PDM Standard users unable to change their password:

Just this week we switched from Workgroup to PDM Standard at our plant and everything is going well except that all the users are unable to change their passwords on their own. When they go into the Administration tool and choose the server and vault it asks them to login, after they enter in their information it thinks about it before giving an error reading "Could not access the item in the database." They are still able to access the vault and everything normally, they just can't change their passwords. I've brought this up with our VAR but they aren't understanding that they can still access the vault like normal and that it's only when they're trying to log into the Administration tool to change their password.


Any ideas as to what this could be?
