When I create a tapped hole feature using hole wizard, dimensions from other features appear on the part model.  This only happens with threaded holes.  See screenshots attached.

I can hide them by deselecting "all annotations" under "hide/show" on the "view" menu.

The "all annotations" toggle seems to do nothing prior to creating a tapped hole feature.
