I've got a step file download from a vendor website. When I make a Solidworks file from this it cannot be used in Composer. When I try to import it into Composer I get "Error: Unable to translate file!" When I try to export it as .smg from Solidworks, Solidworks crashes immediately.

The original step file is attached. Can anyone help me get a good Solidworks file from this? After loading the step file into Solidworks it has lots of errors in import diagnostics that I can't fix.
