I had borrowed a SW 2015 SP05 license. Due to some issues, I had to format the entire system. After re-installation of Solidworks, I am still unable to use the license saying "Licensed number of users already reached (-4,132,0)”. License manager shows that a license has already been allotted to my system. If I try to borrow it says “You currently already have Solidworks Standard checked out, you must check it in before attempting to borrow it”.
