I have a customer that will open Solidworks models in there´s system Inventor. is that possible?
Or is it possible to have a converter program?
I dont whant to save as STEP
I have no clue why you don't want to save as STEP,
but Inventor 2018 will open SolidWorks 2017 (or earlier) files directly (but not SolidWorks 2018 as that was released after Inventor 2018).
If the customer uses the AnyCAD functionality of Inventor, and changes you make to the SolidWorks files will be associative.
Inventor will also open Parasolid (or IGES or ACIS (v7) or... well, you get the idea.)
If you don't want to save as a STEP, then save as a parasolid (X_T). This file will come out better anyway (depending on how inventor reads it), as Solidworks is a Parasolid based program.
