I am not a Solidworks user - I work in the IT department. I have a user who gets a black screen on other windows after minimizing Solidworks. Once he clicks the screen with his mouse, the black screen goes away. Basically, if he has a couple windows open while using Solidworks, he can't switch between windows. I have run diagnostics on the hardware and I have run the Solidworks diagnostics. He his using a Lenovo P51 with Windows 10. It has an NVIDIA quadro 1200 video card. Any suggestions?
