I have a box with two holes drilled in it from two different sides (90 degrees from each other) that intersect each other. Is there a way i can dimension the second hole so that it alawys intersects the first hole. I want them to stay aligned as i change the distance the first hole is from the edge.

Use a reference plane, or use the hole wizard and locate the holes using the 3D sketch option. You can then dimension both holes off of reference geometry and like the dimensions or use reference geometry to line up the holes as needed. I would recommend the first option as I like to keep things simple for other users to edit my work.

You can even link the depth and other things to make sure that they cross each other.
I ended up putting a center point in the sketch of the first hole. Then you can use the vertical sketch relation between the center point of both holes.
