Have you done this technique before, or is this the first time?
Today my internet connection is slow now it is attached. This is my work therefore no reference. This is my first time. Just experimenting with sheet metal tool.
This is what I get for looking at your post on my phone. Box has a bottom. But my advice is still the same. You must rip the four corners before you can convert.
Then convert
And you have a converted part.

You could have also converted the way you started if you would have selected additional edges to rip
Looks to me like maybe you selected the wrong face for Stationary Face (although any of them could be correct depending on your Design Intent).

Always helps to post model when possible. Looks like a four sided box with no bottom. It's been along time since I did used convert but I believe you need to rip a corner before it will convert.
