I'm working on a desk clock. I'm trying to add a support part which the clock leans on but Extrude command keeps crashing.
What is wrong in my model?
Please guide me.
How many decimal places can be measured out on the shop floor?
How many decimal places can be accurately manufactured to tolerance?
How many decimal places can be measure in the inspection lab using the very best measuring instruments available?
BTW - you are also working too hard - your Sketch1 has a lot of duplicated dimensions. Get lazy! Don't duplicate work.

But I did notice that several of your dimensions do not make logical sense in terms of Design for Manufacturability (and inspection).

Firstly, all dimensions are in millimeter.
Secondly, I just want to make a model and render it using Keyshot 7.1. My aim at this point is getting my skills better not getting the model ready for CNC machine.
Thirdly, I think most calipers can measure out 0.05 millimeter so if I select most of dimensions some coefficient of 0.05, I wouldn't have any problem in inspection step.

I am familiar with working in both metric and imperial units.
Before I posted - I checked in both mm and inches to see that it wasn't a conversion issue.
I recommend getting in a habit of considering DFM before poor habits are developed.
Then the shop floor people will work with you and point out issues directly to you rather than to your boss.

Fardin,, Can you give us a little more information on how you are trying to extrude this?.. Maybe a screenshot of the extrude dialog.
