Hi every body

I have got a problem when I want to open a solidwork's part (*.sldprt) in Visualize. I have this message : "L'importation a echoué. Veuillez consulter le fichier journal pour plus de détails ." (french)

In other word in english, that mean my importation is failed and i have to check the dairy ... But i did it , I checked the Solidworks dairy and I haven't find any clue.

And I did'nt find a Visualize diary too.

Do you have any advice to help me ?
