How can I create a table on a drawing similar to a hole table but it will recognize points such as center marks on a drawing view
In your part, you can create a sketch with tiny circles (like .001" in diameter), then use those circles to create a "Split Line" on your surface.
Then, in your drawing, create a hole table and select the surface, and it will pick up the edges of the split lines and add them to the hole table with coordinates to the center area. It will leave the "Size" column blank and you can fill in whatever you want there (or even delete the column altogether).
Now you have a coordinate table without using holes.
