Thank you for replying, but this model is not as per picture. In actual model planes are not parallel and if we cut openings at required angle then opening will not be round. I am attaching a sketch. Please check.
I only developed it as a sample showing the technique and that it can be done, I didn't model it as an actual part, you haven't given us any dimensions, so surely how can we model it correctly

Dear John,.. we are reviewing your change and will provide a prototype on Monday morning... (image attached)
Blows more than my mind that you "Forgot" the Flanges - how are you going to attach anything ever, are you gonna just weld the splices? If you do, make sure you drink a lot of milk to neutralize the Zinc which is in the weld smoke... hehehe
John, please send "1" Bitcoin for your flange request.
p.s.,.. milk testing will be provided by our Wisconsin group,.. btw, new end of days (Sept 23) has been moved to Oct 15,.. so they should be able to do it before next week!
After the testing there will be AI duty for any of the free emotionally distressed people out there, you be saying wow - she's a Cow...
Actually Sept 23 2017 has been moved to Oct 15 2000
I have been AI certified since I was 14.
As a very junior member of Dewdrop & Cheatem I will see if I can get approval from Rick Becker to take care of your bovine problems providing you meet his standard requirements.
After some reorganization of the firm we are pleased to publicly announce the promotion of Jim Steinmeyer to V.P. of Taurine Affairs.
Congratulations Jim. You are the best man for the job and are more than qualified to handle all bovine events.
Unless I am mistaken, John is showing you the process so you can do your own work. I am sure that is he were to be reimbursed he would provide you with a finished product that will meet your specifications.
John Stoltzfus , i am not saying your model is wrong. you have created it right. I have 2016 version, so i have created my own model by seeing your model pic. i have attached a model as per dimension it has to be made.
i am questioning the shape of model and accuracy of blank size.
as you can see shape is curved. it should be in straight line or not?
See the attached file (if you have 2017)
