I need to create a 3D bent tube with some convolutions. Just like flexible hoses connected some tubes but they have solid 3D shape. I know there is a sweep with law function in Catia V5 can bend the swept feature. SW doesn't have similar function. Both revolve and sweep request a straight axis. If I patterned single convolution along a curve then it won't merge the surfaces. Flex may work but with complex 3D shape it takes too long. Is there anyway to bend a tube with revolved features?
