opened this part today and i'm unable to flatten the part.
was working perfectly before and I haven't changed anything drastic since that, just changed hole dimensions.

I was able to unfold the part but I don't understand why the two flanges won't flatten.
Using the "Unfold" sheet metal command and "collect all bends" unfolds the part.

I just noticed that the last 4 bends in the flat pattern feature are suppressed.
Unsuppress and the whole part will flatten.

If you expand Flat-Pattern1 you will find four suppressed bends. If you unsuppress those it works fine.
