Your draft is 1 deg, and what is the draft analysis set to? If it's more than 1 deg, you are going to get the red where you have the draft. Also, you do not need to put in a parting line at the bottom or a part like you did. Just pick the bottom face where, in this part, you picked the parting line.

Are you trying to make the part or the core and cavity? If you are trying to make the core and cavity, I would still start by making the finalized part. Then the steps to making the core and cavity involve inserting a derived part, using multi bodies and subtracting one body from another.
