Hide style spline vertices and their lines

Is there a way to hide Style Spline's vertices and the construction lines between them?

No, not that I know of.  Why would you want to?

You could convert from Style to thru-point spine then hide handles underneath options>systems options>sketch>enable spline handles and curvature...

OK, I hope it's on the road map. Style Spline is a powerful tool for building organic surfaces, but its vertices and construction lines make it harder to see the form when you have a series of section guide curves. Hiding them would provide a clean wireframe of the shape.
