Reference Geometry, Coordinate System Drawing Dimension

I'm using a "Reference Geometry Coordinate System" in a PCB component to set it's orientation in CircuitWorks.

I want to dimension to that coordinate system in an assembly drawing i'm creating for PCBA layout. Though, the drawing doesn't seem to allow me to select the coordinate system as a feature to measure to. Is this a limitation of Reference Geometry?

I used to move and rotate the part so I could use the origin to satisfy both the drawing dimension and CircuitWorks. But that method is time consuming. So, I've moved to creating the Coordinate System Reference, and calling it "CWX" to be identified by CircuitWorks when building a PCBA from an imported .emn file.
