Good Day Everyone

I am simulating forces imposed on a platform supported by three legs and rod end bearings mounted onto a transducer shown below. However the load is not transferring to the strain sensitive parts (transducers) required to measure strain. The contact sets(no penetration) are between the ball and socket as well as the ball and the tranducer/brackets. The rod end bearings are used to allow for some movement (very minimal) under an applied load. What am I doing wrong that is preventing the load being transferred from the platform to the transducers?
