In my simulation I want to check result if I reduce fan power to 70 %. How to do it ?
1. Go to the fan manufacture and get the fan curve for the fan at full power (voltage) and at 70% voltage.
2, Create the two fans in the Engineering data base, using the fan curves from #1 and save.
3. Flow will determine the back pressure on the fan and provide the correct flow out of the fan. Clone the Flow-model and apply the full power-fan to one model and the 70%-fan to the other cloned model. Solve.
How is the fan setup in Flow Simulation ?
Is it Volume flow or Mass flow ?
70% power does not equate to 70% airflow , you will need to look at the fan curve.

I have inputed this as Volume flow, my fan is B60.
Assuming you want to run the fan @ 70% Power you will have to go to the manufacturers and get a fan curve with the fan at 70% Power , you can then put this into Flow Simulation.
Its possible to generate a fan curve with some fairly basic test equipment and a bit of time but a manufacturers curve is prefered.

I used to work for a leading fan manufacturer and was often presented with similar questions from customers and sometimes it is useful to step back from the original question and consider the desired end result.
Can I approach your question from a different direction ?
What is the purpose of the simulation ? , you are comparing results for a system with a fan at 100% and 70% .
What answer would you be looking for ?
Do you have a target air flow / temperature ?
I wouldn't recomend running brushless DC fans at reduced voltages , the electronics in the fan won't be happy.
If you need to reduce the volume flow I'd consider using a speed controlled brushless DC fan.
You can (more than likely) use the plot that you have. Each solid line on the plot is for a different power (voltage * current). For your 70% fan find a curve that is close and some interpolation will need to be made (from the B60 there is not much room on the plot). I suspect the manufacture will not recommend operating the fan at -70%.
