As a work around have you tried to print to pdf? Also have you contacted your VAR?
As Peter recommended, you should contact your VAR.
What version of SolidWorks are you using? What version of Windows are you using?

I have contacted the VAR and hopefully they are working on a solution. I have uninstalled, deleted the Solidworks Registry instances, reinstalled, and am still getting the issue. Not looking promising
