Installed Solidworks 2017, I start it up for the first time and the splash screen comes up says verifying license then splash screen shuts down

New install of solidworks 2017, after the install is complete I start it up and the splash screen comes up
but in a few seconds it gets to verifying license and shuts down the splash screen. Can someone help me

with this issue?
