I am having a problem when I mate my part in a assembly, the dimension of my c channel automatically changes to a random dimension after mating. It's very starnge I don't know why solidworks is doing this!
Is the dimension that is changing referencing any other parts in the assembly?
Sounds like your sketch relations are tied into other components. Did you draw this part in context within the assembly?
This is most likely the answer. I'd recommend never drawing in the context of an assembly unless absolutely necessary.

As Tom indicated by his question, unless there's something extraordinarily weird going on there's a link between the C-channel dimension and another component or feature in your Assembly.
You can use Display/Delete relations tool , then select external relations shown below
