We want to use Solidworks 2017 with Windchill 10.2.

Installed the Workgroup manager of Windchill and integrated it with the Solidworks 2017 application.

The Windchill Ribben is inserted and visible in Solidworks, but most of the ICONS are greyed.
Does anyone knows the reason?
How can I solve this?
