I have given the sample test and I cleared it. That's why I am now looking for the certification exam and really thankful if I get the voucher for it.

I am not a student. I recently start my career as a product design engineer and want to give certification exam but i can't afford the fee. So I am looking if someone have CSWA voucher that he or she will share it.

No actually sir my company has Geomagic reverse engineering software's and I want to give solidworks certification exam only for my personal growth.
Unless you attend a special event (certification test presentation at a user group meeting, special promotion, etc) at which the attendees are offered a code as an incentive the codes are not "shareable". You can navigate to the certification area of the SW customer portal and find trial tests which may be taken for free. These are for your use to see if you are ready to take the test.
If you are paying for the annual subscription you are entitled to take a certification test free of charge each year.
