Does anyone know of a quick/easy way to change type from lower case to upper case?

As I am sure many of you have experienced the same thing, we do everything in upper case letters on our drawings - to the point where I find myself writing in caps most of the time...

And, because the internet has taught us, if you send an email in all caps, then the receiver thinks you are yelling at I switch back and forth multiple times during the day. The problem is that I am not an expert typer. I "hunt and peck", but do it in an efficient manner (I am rather quick with it), but that means I am not looking at the screen when I am typing.

As you would imagine, I, quite often, find that I have typed something in my drawing that ends up being in lower case - as opposed to upper case. Is there any other way to convert to upper case besides retyping it all out? I have seen some programs that have a "CAPS" feature when you highlight the typed string - this allows you to transform from lower to upper or vise-versa...
