I am dealing with just 2 configurations and geometrically they are the same. The only difference is the material used is specific to the face of the part; making configuration 1 right hand and configuration 2 left hand. I am attempting to find a way to configure the fixed face parameters to accomplish this without having to make 2 separate parts. Any suggestions?
Make another configuration and suppress the first instance of the Sheet Metal bending and add a new one for that configuration. Just make sure that when you change configurations that the right one is showing, you may need to switch to the original configuration and suppress the second instance of Sheet Metal..
How do you make a new sheet metal bending feature in the new configuration?
You could also use the move body command to rotate the part 180 degrees.
