This is a retractable guide pin assembly I am using in one of my design.
Please let me know if anyone seen or used this one before. I like to buy this as a standard part instead of manufacturing.
Any supplier source in North America?
Here are a few ideas:
Extendable work locator from IMAO Corp. (only distributor stateside = Fixtureworks)
Work locators from IMAO Corp.
Hand retractable plunger from CARR LANE
Indexing Plunger from Fixtureworks
Precision Indexing plunger from Fixtureworks
Index plungers from Halder
Retractable pins from McMaster-CARR
Indexing plunger from Misumi
Another version of indexing plunger from Misumi
Check out McMaster Carr or Ranger - I'm sure they have it - not exactly but very much the same !
I looked thru McMaster Carr catalogue and couldn't find one

I had to chuckle when I saw this, as someone on another forum was looking for the same mechanism a couple of weeks ago, except rather than a picture they asked something like, "Where can I find a model of a Winco (not the real name - just something I found in search)?"
I had never heard of a "Winco Latch" and had to look it up - found a picture like yours.
But just as I suspected - I cannot find the reference.
Keep searching though - I think it is out there, somewhere....
The images shown are clearly from a solid model so if you can find a brand name or that of a competitor you can probably get it from the manufacturer's website. McMaster-Carr is great for a lot of stuff, but sometimes the trick is figuring out what it is called.
This image is from my own design. The moving pin inside the outer body is 1" dia
This is going to be used in an assembly fixture. This could be custom manufactured assembly, but I am searching all hardware manufacturers and see if it is available from the shelf.
I am still searching........
Take a look at Carr Line:

I think work locators from IMAO is the closest I can find from your list.
Thanks a lot..
Not a problem. You can also find the same work locator on the Fixtureworks website.
The ONLY distributor for IMAO in North America is Fixtureworks. So give them a call.
Thanks, I never heard of them.

I am always looking for miniature workholding clamps that require little to no set up time.
IMAO has the smallest manual swing clamps that I have ever seen:
