My hard drive on my computer was just replaced. So i need to setup our vault again on my computer. But i can't seem to be able to connect to the server. Is there a step i am missing?

I take it you have a SOLIDWORKS PDM Pro vault, you would see the issue in your screen capture if you have installed the SOLIDWORKS PDM STD client. Modify your install and ensure the correct client version is selected.
Have your IT admin allow for that machine permissions to be able to see the vault
I have had the same issue before and this was the exact problem.
