In an isometric view of my assembly, it looks like I'm looking at back side of the front plane. How can I turn the front plane to the front side?
A little imagery would help us to help you.

Ummm, apparently this is the correct answer.
See the last post here:
alternative isometric views
I've created 2 screen captures to explain what I'm attempting to do. Unfortunately neither show the triad.
The top image is the isometric view I get. The Z-axis of triad is in the standard position.
The bottom image is isometric view I want. However, the Z-axis is 180 degrees from what I need.
I already made a suggestion. It is correct. Did you try it?
1) you have perspective on. If that is what you want, then fine, if not, turn it off here:
2) Hold down SHIFT and left select the axis (of the triad) that you want to rotate around. Holding down SHIFT will rotate around that axis by 90 degrees.
3) Hit the spacebar and save your view the way you want it. You can then use this view in drawings, etc...:
4) another option is to rotate the part the way you want the FRONT view to look, then hit the spacebar and select "update standard views" then select the front view.
This will update your front view to look like you want, then when you select ISO it will look right.
Rotate to the view you want as front, right-click, select from dropdown, "Set Current View As..."
