To locate the rebuild error,
1. open the part and look for errors indicated in the model
You can then open the offending sketches and look to see where the errors come from. If nothing is apparent I open the "Display\delete relations" manager. In this case the off colored circles in the sketch shows that the relations to these holes is where the error is. This is confirmed in the relations manager.
From this I am assuming that you created the holes in context in the assembly and then something changed in the assembly, maybe you changed or removed the hinges so the original holes used to generate the part holes no longer exists. You can either delete the relations or in the assembly create relations to the new hinge holes.

You can see where all the errors are in the tree. Just open the parts, edit the appropriate feature/sketch & all should sort itself. It looks like from the tree that all the errors are referencing external items, which I assume have since been moved or deleted.
